Purchased 2 items I October 2021. Used Mastercard for purchase. Package was sent back to sport check claiming the address was wrong. I reordered items, which were delivered. I waited and called customer service and waited some more for refund. January 2022 I got an email stating refunds were applied to my visa. My visa was a prepaid post visa, It expired with 0 funds left. I no longer have the visa. I called customer service and they claimed I used the visa to pay when God knows the visa was expired and without funds. I called visa i argued with customer service and guess what. I can do nothing!!!! I am out $122.
