My husband has arthritis in his feet and it's really difficult trying to get shoes to fit. Today we went to Sports Chek and met Rachel and Jonas. As soon as we started to walk towards the shoe wall this young lady, approached us (Rachel ) with a big smile asked if we needed any help, good start! We told her what we needed, explaining how bad my husbands feet were and immediately off she went collecting shoes. The first couple of pairs were too narrow and then Jonas appeared. Again the shoes were too narrow but Jonas was not deterred, off he went into the storeroom and came out with another pair, bingo!!!!! They fit like a glove but they were a return and were marked slightly 😫 we asked to see the manager so we could tell her about these two great staff members, Jonas was still working on the mark. The manager arrived and we explained what was going on, she gave us a 10% discount!! Visiting Sports Chek was not only a pleasure it was an all round great experience!!! We will definitely be back!
