I ordered products worth $250 and the system used my 2yr old address to ship the product but used my current address for billing (not sure why a website would do something like that). After almost a month of not receiving it, I inquired and was told that my order went to the old address and that they will open a claim.
Next day I got a call from an extremely rude horrible lady who told me that its all my fault and that I need to call UPS and they cannot do anything about it.
I am not buying a single cent of product from this place again!!!
Be aware that they are not for customers but themselves!
