After receiving a tracking number that sent me to two different curriers, depending on which link I clicked, of which neither worked, I attempted contact through the customer support options available as I needed to know when to expect delivery of my daughters new bike to ensure someone could be at home. Initially via Facebook (described as 1hr response) - 4 days later still no response, then email -4 days later, still no response so finally tried via twitter (described as 1hr response)- 36hrs later still no response. Unfortunately there was no option to speak with a person. Thankfully, the bike arrived intact and someone happened to be in but I'm not sure I will be comfortable buying from sports direct again, just in case there's a problem. Covid should not be an excuse for such a large company not having staff manning these support funtions which should surely be acheivable remotely.
