Disgusted with the service and lack of contact and common sense from the online store through to my local branch. Ordered a new pair of Nike trainers in a size 8.5, paid £7.99 for next day delivery ( one thing I can’t moan about was they actually arrived next day though this was because of Hermes not sports direct ) to find I had one shoe in a size 8.5 and one was a size 6. Annoying but I thought a trip to my local store would sort this out....wrong again. Even though I’d purchased them from sports direct they hadn’t come from that exact store so they refused to exchange , refund or even attempt to sort out the issue , it was even suggested that I purchased another pair!!! The return of these trainers and the cost is now also down to me all because someone couldn’t do the simplest of jobs and match two trainers correctly. So now comes the long pain staking process of getting the trainers and hopefully the next day postage and my return postage refunded but I won’t hold my breath. No return of phone calls or multiple emails , avoid them at all cost , I certainly will in the future
