I Left something off my order by mistake (my fault). I went back on to amend it immediatly but found i couldnt so i had to order it separately. I tried to contact customer services but site wouldn't let me. Couldnt get through on phone to cancel or ammend. Managed to email and ask if order could be put together as i didnt want to pay £7.99 twice for next day delivery. If not i would cancel and reorder. The order came two days later (paid extra for next day delivery). Then i got a reply a couple of days later saying because of the fast action of workers they were unable to put the order together but i could refuse delivery. When i replied to say i had recieved it a day late after paying extra for next day service, twice! i have had no reply.
