As usual there is no personal contact with sports direct, no way to actually speak to a person. Frequently asked questions frequently skirt any issue you might have. Trying to return something because it simply does not fit does not come into their A B C list of reasons for return. Sports direct discriminates against people that may not understand computers smartphones or the digital age, this could be addressed by simply talking to the customers they try so hard to avoid. Sports direct fell far short of my expectations as a customer. I will not be requiring the services of sports direct in the future.
