I wouldn't even want to leave 1 star if I could.
If your order arrives with everything that you asked for then you'll be okay - if you have to speak to customer services or the complaints team, god help you.
The worst service even after the complaints team took over that I have ever received.
Multiple conversations closed on me after ignoring multiple questions, because they couldn't give a timeframe to fix the problem they had caused (wouldn't even give me a rough timeframe, as I had explained multiple times that I had ordered for a specific event and needed more information so I knew what to do on whether to order again/elsewhere etc) - I asked this question and received "as you haven't replied for a while, I will close the conversation" multiple times after I asked about the timeframe or for an update, which wasn't even acknowledged by the complaints team.
So if they make a mistake, you ask for an update or just to find out what's happening you won't receive an apology, an update or a time frame, they'll just respond "we will investigate" and then they'll close the conversation on you, multiple times without answering or acknowledging anything.
