The item that i bought was stolen by the Hermes courier, and you customer service team have refused to send me my refund money, even after i told them i have the woman on video. Katrina from customer service has been going back and forth with me over my cash and the items i bought that were stolen, and i feel like i am the one being interrogated. i will never buy online from this company again and i will advise everyone else against it too, how appalling and shocking, the worst thing about it..... i paid delivery fee, this is all over the total of £45. Disgusting company.
