I wanted to buy a pair of football boots for my grandson which I had to order online and pay postage and packaging £5.00 because the store did not have his size (junior 2.5), the warehouse did! Unfortunately this size did not fit. Turns out he needed size 3.5 which costs more which I accept, the store offered me a credit note, excluding the £5.00 and told me that I had to order online again because the warehouse had the stock and not in the store. This meant I had to pay another £5.00 but I could have them done as click and collect item. This to me seemed unreasonable when the warehouse had the stock both times but it has cost me and extra £10.00. I was even told that if the items were faulty, I still would have not received my postage and packaging costs back.
