Ordered a table tennis table top, due for delivery on 28th May, on 28th it was at the delivery depot ready for despatch that day, on 31st it was damaged advised by XDP courier’s app. I emailed sports direct on 31st may and still no reply as to if I will receive another table tennis top or a refund! No contact from sports direct what do ever until I completed my review on trust pilot to which there was an instant response to say a an experienced customer service agent is already looking in to this, to which I still haven’t been contacted by sports direct, hense the reason to post another disappointed review here in the hope someone may email or call me! Very disappointed as this is a present for my Sons Birthday and I don’t know if and even when my Donnay table tennis top will arrive!
