Hello, I need to inform you that I received a different product than the one I bought on the website (the product box also arrived all torn, the product looks like it has already been used, really disappointed). Do I have to pay to return this product? This was your mistake and not mine, I shouldn't have to pay for it because I already paid for the delivery freight. Can I at least deliver it to the store so as not to pay for the return ?? I hope you can help me because I waited a long time to buy these shoes and now I am very upset. Thanks.
