I ordered several product from you. First ofcall, i dont understand qhy you send 2 different parcels for 1 order. I received my 1st parcel and i am very thankful for it. My second parcel howevel is somewhere in Netherland with Postnl. The status has been on transport for the last 6 days. I didnt receive it and when i called korean post they said that they couldn't find the location of my parcel but said it is in Netherland. I then called Postnl but there is no reply from them. So i have 3 questions. 1) why couldnt you sent all the parcel as 1 2) why didnt you sent both parcels then on DHL 3) where is my second parcel??
