I ordered an England kit with name printing on the back, after 6days they would any give me part of my order has been dispatched and the shirt that needed name printing still with them, no timescales and information on when it was gonna be dispatched.. the first customer advisor I spoke too said "Well if you needed it for a specific date you should have ordered sooner" absolutely shocking.. never will shop here again. Furthermore, I tried to assist them and asked to drop the name printing and send the shirt however they said it's too late for that, well how it's not even being processed
