Terrible company with no Customer Service. Pay NEXT DAY delivery as SHOES were VERY urgent (NO other reason). Failed to deliver next day despite courier saying at 19.00 that they would still be delivered on time. Hermes manage to say expect delivery by early afternoon on the following day (arrived 11.46) HERMES class the delivery as a SUCCESS - nobody knows how long standard delivery may take. Sports Direct say thanks for paying the excessive fee but uou did get the shoes eventually - SO WE BOTH WIN. Or at least if the Customer Service even had the courtesy to reply (now more than a week!), they may have said something like that. Others I have spoken to confirm this is standard for Sports Direct. Two previous attempts to leave feedback were 'moderated' for criticising Sports Direct.
