Absolutely awful customer service. I was sent the wrong colour shoes, and customer service were not only rude, they said I would have to pay for the return myself. Got rude and unhelpful messages from someone called Charlotte on the chatbot as they don't have a customer service phone number. Style and colour are not the same thing.
Do not use Sports direct!!! Worst company ever in my experience. They act like they are a budget brand, but sell premium sports brands at premium prices. The whole thing is a so poor its criminal.
