I will never again use the "Click & Collect" feature on Sports Direct website promising an £5 refund if you spend over £50.The "Facts" are quite simple - My (4112875) order was "Click & Collect". I have again checked your online ordering web page and it quite clearly states that "GET £5 VOUCHER WITH £50 SPEND - Click & Collect only". On the payment page before completing it asks for your postcode and offers the opportunity to select the "Nearest Store". I complied with all these instructions and the nearest store offered by the website was the Co-Op circa 0.7 miles from my house. I spent in excess of £50 - I Clicked & Collected (As opposed to opting for delivery) from the "Nearest Store" offered by your website. You appear to be utilising possible fraudulent inducements to gain sales (At best misleading). I will give you a final opportunity to honour your commitment. I will be seeking a "Full Refund" and proceeding with a complaint to Trading Standards - If the full refund is not forthcoming I will pursue this issue through the Small Claims court.
