When I ordered online on June 22, a product that was completely different from the image was delivered and I inquired. Image.] If you don't like it, refund it. That was their answer. So I paid the round-trip shipping fee and sent it to the first class with a signature and tracking at the post office, and after tracking, they received an item signed on July 3, but I asked them why I couldn't get a refund. I always use the post office for first class with the sign and it has never been lost, but why did the product only get lost when I requested a refund from Sports Direct? Responding to customers is very late, sticking to the company's friendly policy and pretending to be for customers, but responding like a parrot without thinking about customers at all. Where other common UK companies offer refunds within 3-5 business days, this company also states refunds within 14 days. Refunds can only be made with a voucher at the store. It's like a robbery with no service at all. This is just a scam. This is the worst company I've ever experienced. I will never use this company again.
