Did a large order to receive part of it so emailed them to find out why to be told after a month of waiting for a reply they could only find one of my missing items so they could only refund that one and the other two things that was missing they said I received them when I clearly didn’t. So over a month in waiting for a response to be told there’s nothing they can do about it and I should just lose out on just under 200 they won’t even send the head office information so I can talk to someone about this so my point is don’t shop online they rip people off and they leave you with no other way of getting your money back that’s why they leave you so long to get back to you and leave no other way to get in contact with them
