What a despicable company to deal with. We bought a pair of trainers, tried them on then sent them back. Brilliant white trainers that if they had been worn in the middle of winter (like they are suggesting and not going to refund the money) they would not be still brilliant white. They are saying we wore them. They were a Christmas gift, which unfortunately did not fit. A new, larger pair were bought on Christmas Day of exactly the same pair of trainers. Clearly a gift, clearly did not fit and we just wanted a refund. They have refused to engage with us and in short just tell us to sod off or take them to court. I will never be shopping with them again and would warn everyone else against it too. Fine if everything goes right, but twice the price if things do not go right.
