Sports Direct. What a con. I ordered an item from them mid-January which took a week to arrive. It was then incorrectly sized and faulty so I said I would return it. They insisted to do this I must pay return postage even though the item was faulty. In the end nothing else for it but to do that. Before I was able to print a returns label online I had to pay for it. Posted the parcel and was then told they couldn’t make a refund onto my card. After a great deal of insistence they should be able to do that they did eventually refund part onto my card but then insisted the remainder had to be by way of an e-voucher which as I repeatedly pointed out to them would be useless to me as I would never use them again after the appalling customer services I had to deal with. Having had to accept an e-voucher they then came back and said if I had reported and returned the item within 28 days they could have refunded onto my card. The item was returned about ten days after receiving it and would have been returned sooner had I not been away when it actually arrived as it had taken so long to come. What an appallingly uncompromising company and no way will I ever shop there again.
