Shocking service. I ordered the Mansfield Boot Sn99 and Sports Direct sent a different, cheaper pair shoved into the Mansfield box — downright deceptive. I emailed full details with product codes and photos; customer service replied only to ask for the exact same codes I’d already provided and then went silent. Wrong item, wasted time, zero resolution — avoid.
