I am very disappointed with Sports Direct. I followed all the steps to make a complaint, but both the store and customer service ignored my case.
Employees should support the company’s image, but their indifference has damaged it instead. I’ve shared my experience with family and friends, and word of mouth spreads fast. Poor customer care hurts a brand’s reputation permanently.
