Poorest customer service ever One of my order has not arrived yet (photo attached - 1 pair of trainers 1 pair of football shoes) it was due Thursday last week - I sent an email To CS online - haven’t heard? When am I going to receive this order? There is no phone number to call The other order (photo attached) a pair of Adidas for my daughter has got different shoe size (see Photo attached) Again wrote an email - haven’t heard back I haven’t got the box because my daughter tried one foot which was fine and we assumed the other one would be the same size....!
