Placed my order in April for a pair of Boots, a pair of Fatigue pants and a pair of Black Search Gloves. Got email a few days later with a bad tracking number. I waited the 7 days they said to wait and called to find out where my order was? Per Customer service it was delivered to my door 4 days earlier by Fedex even though they gave me a USPS tracking number. They sent me a photo showing the box at my front door, only I have never seen this box nor got my order, so I told them that and was told I had to talk to Fedex. Fedex says only Sportsmans can file a lost package claim and as they had this photo it was my fault I didn't go and get it? I said I was home all day and no one rang my bell and I never saw the box and that I wanted them to due the right thing and replace my order. NO was the reply, we are not responsible once we ship and again I said who is and was told Fedex. Principle of the wheel it goes around, as I had to try Fedex again and was refered back to Sportsmans, so I went to my bank as they suggested and had the charge back done. Today I get a call from there collections demanding I reverse that and pay for things I never got. Asked for amanager and they hung up. Will never do business again with these goofs!
