Sportsman's Guide is very well stocked with their supplies in the catalog!I always get my shipment within days of ordering.Prices are a really good deal and they are very good quality!

Sportsman's Guide is an absolutely worthless POS company. They will sell products with missing hardware and other items and WILL NOT assist after the sale. They are rude dirtbags that give customers a runaround after selling them useless items. Avoid this trash company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pair of boots Labor Day weekend because of the sale. Order was completed and confirmed. 3 days later I receive and email stating the manufacture discontinued these boots. After contacting customer service multiple times to discuss the situation the agent informed me that they will be in stock again 9/25/24. I asked if I could be put on a back order and I would wait till the boots were back in stock due to the sale price. The agents ended to conversation abruptly multiple times and declined any help with my cancellation order even though their website stated the boots were in stock. Rude customer service and their website is wrong so don't count on getting anything you order from this website.

DO NOT do business with this company unless you like giving away money and getting NOTHING in return. NO customer service, DOES NOT respond to email, voicemail, FB messenger, PayPal inquiry or even the BBB. BEWARE IF THESE SCAMMERS!

Hidden fee's, 59.99. Cancelation fees, got me for years, no telling how long, they have taken my money. They , you are sneaky people, making millions off people, Jesus is coming, you'll never spend it ! 🙄

I inform the website www.sportsmansguide.com you should not buy From Them, because this company is not good, I just bought some Items, but I made a mistake, so I canceled the order while the order I had not shipped out, but the company rejected my Cancel order, so I think this company is not good, I hope you are careful when ordering Through this company, they just want to sell, not take it back, be careful with this website company www.sportsmansguide.com

Placed my order in April for a pair of Boots, a pair of Fatigue pants and a pair of Black Search Gloves. Got email a few days later with a bad tracking number. I waited the 7 days they said to wait and called to find out where my order was? Per Customer service it was delivered to my door 4 days earlier by Fedex even though they gave me a USPS tracking number. They sent me a photo showing the box at my front door, only I have never seen this box nor got my order, so I told them that and was told I had to talk to Fedex. Fedex says only Sportsmans can file a lost package claim and as they had this photo it was my fault I didn't go and get it? I said I was home all day and no one rang my bell and I never saw the box and that I wanted them to due the right thing and replace my order. NO was the reply, we are not responsible once we ship and again I said who is and was told Fedex. Principle of the wheel it goes around, as I had to try Fedex again and was refered back to Sportsmans, so I went to my bank as they suggested and had the charge back done. Today I get a call from there collections demanding I reverse that and pay for things I never got. Asked for amanager and they hung up. Will never do business again with these goofs!

After reading the reviews this morning, I am confident I will never receive this item. I will call my credit card company and let them know and they can take the payment away, I hope. Ordering from China has rendered better results, always.

I ordered a map in November, 2023 and it’s May, 2024 and I have…..nothing. Can’t get them on the phone, no response to email. They were happy to take my money, though! And by the way, the map was a gift for my son who is a West Point grad, army officer, and paratrooper in the 509th PIR in Anchorage, AL. Way to go, guys.

Order from a different company. I bought “package protection” for my order. It was stolen by a porch pirate, and they said “the insurance does not apply to theft” Worse still? The tracking with my order didn’t work, so I did not know when it would arrive What am insuring against?

Placed my one and only order in 2022. The order was fine. But.... in 2023 they fraudulently charged me a membership fee I did not request for $49.99. I did not catch it! Then in 2024 they charged me 59.99 for a membership fee again, that I did not sign up for. This is a scam. Fraud. Avoid this company. I never sign up for memberships and warranties!

Over 3 months and still have not got the order I PAID for.They are more concerned about PAYING FOR MEMBERSHIP than they are shipping orders timely. Customer service sucks and satisfaction guarantee is non existent. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere and save your money by not buying into the bogus memberships they push so hard

Beware of this company! The map I ordered in October arrived damaged. After ignoring multiple emails over several weeks, they gave lip service to making it right. Three months (and more email prompts from me) later, they finally sent a replacement. But the replacement did not have the finish I originally paid for - and it was missing the raised detailing of the previous (damaged) map. Once again, they have ignored multiple emails regarding this over several weeks. Sportsman's Connection lacks quality control, professionalism, and integrity. Buying from them is a gamble, and you may find yourself our $300+.

I initially ordered an out of stock item from sportsman's guide in Dec '23 with the expectation that it would be available in a couple weeks as stated online at the time. I added the 3 month membership to my order to get a reduced price and used a $10 coupon that they offered for signing up via email. After the initial order I attempted to take advantage of the membership that was purchased however the membership did not show on my account and I was not able to take advantage of the member savings they offered. I attempted this in December and January with out luck but figured my membership was not processed yet since my item was backordered (apparently this was not correct). I received an email in January stating my backordered item was not yet available and received a new estimated shipping date. The email noted "If you'd like to keep your backordered item, no action is required." which I took literally to mean there was no action required (again, literal interpretations do apply at this company). Throughout this time I checked my order status several times and noted my item was still backordered. All appeared on track despite not being able to use the membership which I assumed would take effect when the item was in stock. Then in mid-February I received an email that my "membership" (which I was not previously able to use) was set to automatically renew in 30 days for $59.99. This led me to investigate to find that my order had been cancelled (without any communication) and my 3 month membership was now active and set to expire in a month. I called the company's service desk to figure out what had transpired. The service representative informed me that since I took no action in response to a prior email they simply cancelled my order. Further they were not able to reinstate my order and I had to effectively order the product again. When I noted the issues with the membership being available, the representative (after multiple supposed discussions with their supervisor) was not willing to extend the membership to make up for the prior lost months of use. After almost two hours of back and forth with the support representative, they offered a $10 coupon to their site which to date (10 days later) has not been received. I am hopeful that the product will eventually be in stock and delivered however I would never recommend to anyone that they purchase through Sportsman's Guide.

I placed an order online and once the purchase was complete; I saw a larger amount for the order than I was aware of. Once I reviewed order, I saw that they automatically enrolled me in a 90-day membership for $14.99 which I did not want! I had to delete the membership and sent the boots back! I still was nailed for a shipping charge on a product that was sent back because of their deceptive practices! I went to Walmart site and got free shipping and paid $38.99 instead of their site which had the boots priced at 35.98 plus a 14.99 membership fee plus a $7.14 fee for tax and shipping for a total of $58.11!

Extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 hunting items, about an hr later, my son let me know I ordered the wrong ones. I attempted to cancel but customer service representative Mia, refused the cancelation even though the items were still in the their warehouse. My bank account has been debited over $1k until this is corrected. It makes no sense to do business this way. The company will lose the the cost of shipping the wrong items when they could have left them in their warehouse. It's poor decisions like this that reduces profit.
