If you need a problem resolved it is extremely difficult. The representatives are very limited. I made several calls and emailed their customer service concerning an issue. The response I got was that there was no guarantee anyone would get back to me and I couldn't cancel my membership. This is extremely poor customer service.

Paid for overnight delivery. Item did not ship out until 8 days later and states delivery will be another 7 days. Was told $20 refund was all I could get and returning was not an option. It was a $500 item.

Warning! Do not order from them. Last year I ordered a New jacket and they sent heavily worn filthy one. This year they did not even bother to ship anything. They come up with different excuses every time I speak with them. More, they keep trying to charge my Paypal for the same item they did not ship. 3 times so far. Scammers.

Placed an order for the 1st time EVER from this site on 8-5-25 to send to a friend. Total was $211.98 for 2 items. 1 of the items promptly shipped and was received in about a wk. THEN on 8-12-25 my card was AGAIN charged for $116.59. No email showing any kind of a receipt. No other order on my acct. I KNOW I didn't order anything else! No explanation WHATSOEVER!!. And NO response at all to the email or text that I've sent. This is a CRAPPY (trying to watch my language) AND FRAUDULENT way to do business. IT IS THEFT!! IT IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD!! And I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau today!! Even tho I'm pretty sure they've been contacted about Sportsmansguide.com on several occasions already. (Isn't Credit Card Fraud, like this, a CYBER CRIME & investigated by the FBI?? I may have to make a few more phone calls and inquiries to check on that)

I have been a member since 2015. I am done with this company. Service and quality have both declined. I ordered one of these 7/9. It didn’t ship for over a week so I asked to cancel it. I was told they would and they apologized for the delays. They were transferring warehouses. I was told they were unable to cancel the order. I was charged for the order on 7/21. Notifications of shipment 7/22. Charged again for the shipment. I reached out and was told I was only charged once. I sent the screenshot showing two pending transactions. I was told they only received one payment and that it was standard practice to charge a pre auth once the item ships. It was never made clear why I have two pending transactions. One posted today and I guess it’s a wait and see when the other “falls” off. I asked for my emails to be forwarded to a supervisor and radio silence. I was on the fence about renewing my membership again, but not anymore.

Took our money for two orders, and never delivered. They would not respond to emails or calls right after the order, and they seem to have done this to a lot of other people also.

I went to website to order a blind. Went to check out and total listed was $281.20. Website stuttered and gave a error message. I couldn't see the order on my online account. My card was charged $319.35 immediately. I contacted customer service and they said I checked out as guest. They say I don't have a account but I sent a screenshot showing the account. I have taken my credit card off website and canceled my membership. If the charge doesn't fall off my card I will be fileing fraud against this company. Obviously if I bought a membership in past I had a online account. I bought it online. They can see my membership.

Was never credited for gift card on purchase . Had to call customer service several times , 2 out of 3 "customer service reps" we're extremely rude . I've been a buyer's club member and consistent customer for a long time . Basically said their new system migration has caused all sorts of billing and shipping issues but wouldn't consider it to be a factor with my missing $ ? Absolutely ridiculous .

They are using false advertising and bait and switch tactics by labeling goods as authentic from certain countries and then the items come with a label that says "made in China" and clearly labeled on their website as country of origin Switzerland. I tried to post a review to warn others and they blocked my review all four times stating it "didn't meet their guidelines". This is absolute dishonesty by a seller and cheating the citizens of this country. My hopes is these reviews posted elsewhere will at least cost them one customer!

The only reason I'm leaving a one is because I cannot leave a zero. Around four years ago I place an order and signed up for the yearly membership. Never ordered again. I see I have been being charged 59.00 a year. My fault for not paying more attention, but, you would think you would receive an email you are being charged, nothing by them. Upon calling she said an email was left 1/20. Nothing. Nothing in spam. Upon calling comcast they advised you have not ever received an email from them. Confirmed my email with them. They lied. What a scam. Never will order from them again. Will make it my mission to share my situation with lots of people.

I’ve only ordered guns, scopes and ammunition through SG so I cannot speak to anything else, but I’ve had ZERO issues using them. Stuff always arrived quickly and nothing has ever been damaged. I’ve had a membership for 3 years and always buy enough to make up for the cost. Every order over $500 always yields a courtesy call from customer service thanking me for my order. No idea how these guys get bad reviews.

Sportsman's Guide is an absolutely worthless POS company. They will sell products with missing hardware and other items and WILL NOT assist after the sale. They are rude dirtbags that give customers a runaround after selling them useless items. Avoid this trash company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pair of boots Labor Day weekend because of the sale. Order was completed and confirmed. 3 days later I receive and email stating the manufacture discontinued these boots. After contacting customer service multiple times to discuss the situation the agent informed me that they will be in stock again 9/25/24. I asked if I could be put on a back order and I would wait till the boots were back in stock due to the sale price. The agents ended to conversation abruptly multiple times and declined any help with my cancellation order even though their website stated the boots were in stock. Rude customer service and their website is wrong so don't count on getting anything you order from this website.

DO NOT do business with this company unless you like giving away money and getting NOTHING in return. NO customer service, DOES NOT respond to email, voicemail, FB messenger, PayPal inquiry or even the BBB. BEWARE IF THESE SCAMMERS!

I inform the website www.sportsmansguide.com you should not buy From Them, because this company is not good, I just bought some Items, but I made a mistake, so I canceled the order while the order I had not shipped out, but the company rejected my Cancel order, so I think this company is not good, I hope you are careful when ordering Through this company, they just want to sell, not take it back, be careful with this website company www.sportsmansguide.com
