Products were easy to find, reasonably priced, and very clear explanations. The only complaint I have is with their choice of shippers. Sprinkler Supply uses FedEx. For us this shipper is very unreliable. They consistently change delivery dates for no reason. I would like to see a choice for shipping even if it may cost more on the buyers end, give the customer a choice. This is the only reason you didn’t get 5 stars.
