This is my first time dealing with this company. I purchased a sprinkler part the other day and received it quickly. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I contacted the company to see about returning it for the correct size. I was questioned about my ability to order the correct size and was referred to my order. I am not sure if this is standard business practice to question the customer or if I am just interpreting the responses incorrectly. Therefore I am including the chat responses for others to decided.
