I have been trying to get a special Netafim Part since June. When I emailed Denny he was nice, but gave me the wrong part number. I spoke to someone in technical support at Netafim. The part I need is: 25AP21121-120 Red rings 1- 1 1/2 in LONG filter
No replies to emails or phone calls since June. I would order from another company but need to use the return credit. When you order the wrong part they charge you a 25% restocking fee unless you accept a credit. Would love to get this resolved ASAP.
