love sprouts. was at the la brea and san vicente store on 07-30-22. had a rude employee, kai in the deli department. he does not allow you to finish a sentence and is extremely rude. this is not the first time i have engaged in an unprofessional manner with him. i asked to change his gloves after he returned from the back. he said i did already. he changed them reluctantly. he purposely took one minute to spread mustard and mayo on each bread- he behaved in a condescending manner. he whispered to his african american co-worker and that co-worker took over the order. i shared with other friends of this incident and they said they experienced the same behavior. don't have to fire this guy, just put him in another department. he makes shopping unpleasant.
