Unresponsive Customer Service. Beware. Ordered a chessboard from this company and paid $369.00 for not only the chessboard, but for a chessboard sleeve. I've received the chessboard, but not the sleeve. I've been sending messages to customer service (because there's no customer phone number), and have not received a single response back to any of my inquiries. I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this company as they are not likely to answer any questions if you have problems with your order. If anyone is reading this my order #230530769. Still waiting for my chessboard sleeve. Will likely never get it.
