This is a very good drink and serves as an alternative to Coffee,Tea. Its taste is delicious much like the old Ovaltine we used to drink. It has all the vitamins that we need and eliminates the need to take supplements. However, the sugar content is high and that is a drawback. It would have been the right drink if there had been no Sugar as this can be added by those who want it.
