sse have left me a single parent of two young children without hot water or heating for 4 months now. sent me out a ridiculous bill of nearly £3000 for gas alone, then admitted they had charged for gas i haven’t used. months and months of calling weekly it not daily. even my solicitor could not get through to them. appalling customer service constantly transferred from department to department and then hung up on!! also charged me for 3 months of broadband i hadn’t used. the worst company i have ever dealt with.
