Disgusting, disgusting customer 'service'. They have left my vulnerable family without power and have no intention of sorting it out. England isn't a third world country. In this heat, we need power to work fans, boilers, cookers, microwaves, the internet, fridge/freezers. This is a safeguarding issue, but this shithole of a rich company couldn't give a toss!
