I would like to complain about the terrible customer service which SSE Airtricity provides to customers! From the first waiting time to answer your call is MINIMUM 1 hour! Nowhere else you will see that in the entire United Kingdom! And I don't want to hear your excuse about being busy or short staff, HIRE more staff and problems sorted! Customer service advisers are grumpy and not friendly, not willing to help you... Simple reason I am switching off SSE Airtricity, because of how you are treating your customers. Unprofessional, greedy and clueless in relation to your queries... Not happy
