Well hopefully the final update from this despicable company. All I am going to say is that compensation was eventually offered which took more than 3 weeks to come through. IF THE SO-CALLED EXPERT ADVISORS HAD DONE A PROFESSIONAL JOB INSTEAD OF LYING TO ME AND LYING ON BEHALF OF THEIR MANAGERS, THIS SITUATION WOULD NOT HAVE ARISEN.
This company have no empathy and are seriously not interested in their customers.
We will be leaving as soon as possible from a company that are totally unprofessional, blatant liars and bullies. This includes you, Wendy!
Oh, and by the way, after more than 3 years of telling SSE that we are unable to take meter readings on their behalf, we have just been asked to do a reading!
Approx 6 days ago they sent a meter reader round how took a reading! THAT SUMS SSE UP LOL
