Pathetic Fraud and Cheat Company
Pathetic company, Moved to them 10 months back, setup direct debit with them and after 10 months send me collection bills of £600+ with penalties of non payment when repeated asked them for usage as property is empty and failed to provide. Online they had two other account showing 0 balance whereas this new account appeared new after getting one setup months managed to see account no appear online. but still not showing what was used in past. After asking again they said direct debit setup was only for electricity, what a joke when I moved to SSE it was setup for both but they didnt charge all these months on gas and kept adding penalties after penalties, Remember property was empty all estimated, somehow manage to get smart meter but again they were kept using estimated reading for both electricity and gas. Now electricity was over charged with credit of £600+ and made gas bills of £600+ penalties for same period... Now after trying to sort out this they are not removing the penalties/fine which was 1st thr mistake, secondly I was anyways over paid overall. 3rd they never able to give picture of why this online account I cannot see the usage of gas as I believe something is wrong since how was empty for 10 months. Pathetic customer service, useless online account and Fraud firm! Stay away, never had this with EON, Octopus or British Gas. This company is fraud and harassing customers only, and when you move they kept calling with offers to move to them, cheaters. Moving to other provider.
