Can anyone help or advise what to do.
SSE Was taken over by OVO. At SSE the customer service advisor advised I put my direct debits to 88.00 pcm. I asked do I own anymore money and he said no it will be spread across the year. Then OVO take over and said I have a debt of £500 on the account. Getting no where with the ombudsman as they say I used the energy although I was misled on what to set my bills too based on the reading and usage. Any solicitors on here ?
