Upon arrival we were given the keys to Aqua Azul. As soon as we entered the condo I knew something was wrong. I didn’t have Wi-Fi and had to go the Italian restaurant to call you.
After waiting in the condo for over an hour, the security guard and housekeeper arrived and confirmed we were in the wrong unit. We were then escorted to Artimino. This ordeal is very concerning and the condo owners should be aware that keys are had out haphazardly.
