Due to COVID, I had to change my reservation several times. They handled my requests very flexibly and on my behalf of mine. There is a local representative on the island who welcomes you on the first day and explains to you the most important things. In our case, it was Cheyenne, also a very professional and polite person. When we arrived at the villa, everything was perfectly well prepared and organized. During the stay, she contacted us regularly, just to make sure, that all was fine. When we sent her a message, we got an answer within minutes.
