Payment reminders were helpful and timely. We had no trouble booking rental car, chef services, massages and grocery delivery. Once on property, our concierge, Medhi, provided impeccible customer service. His response time was minutes, not hours, and his demeanor remained professional and accommodating throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to book through St Martin Blue again and hope to do so in the near future.
