DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a bridesmaid dress and after it taking 3 weeks to arrive, the dress that arrived was nothing like it was advertised. Awful quality and and awful shape. Looked like a curtain!! When I tried to return they have this backwards policy where you can only claim 70% of your refund back? How is that allowed? When they finally replied to me after weeks of emailing them, they said If I went for the 70% refund I would still have to pay half for delivery and that’s without a guarantee they would receive it! Ultimately they gave me no other option than to accept a £25 refund. I have attached the photo of what dress they advertised compared to what arrived! Awful! They are a shocking company with shocking customer service!! Do not buy from here!!
