Terrible refund process. I ordered two dresses and spent £17 on shipping only for them to arrive late and miss the event. The refunds process is really difficult and now after reading these reviews, I am not holding out hope of getting any of my £200 back. They offered me a refund of £35 and have said 'we might not even receive the dresses' when I send them back which doesn't fill me with hope. I am so upset, £200 down the drain and a terrible refund process. I will be contacting Trading Standards/anywhere else I can find as I think the process is disgusting.
