WILL NOT let you return ANY items for a refund. Will go around the houses with different excuses... "delivery to us isn't guaranteed, order another dress for an extra £85", then some story about how its tailored to you even though it wasn't in my case and they won't be able to re sell it! No alterations were made to it whatsoever. Then offer you a £30 refund and ask for you to sell the dress yourself blah blah blah it goes on and on every excuse they can chuck at you!! Dresses are not the same as the photos and I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is terrible and the items areand shipped from China terrible quality!
