Pretty much what everyone else is saying. They are SCAM artists. They are FRAUDSTERS. I ordered a regular sized dress so it would be returnable. They requested my measurements, which I thought was odd, but didn't question. I should have, because when I got the dress, they slapped a custom size tag on it and now refuses to allow me to return it. Any decent company would provide a return label without questions. They're asking for pics of me in the dress.... how creepy is that???? I'm reading down below that they make the customer pay for return (wow, someone actually got them to accept a return?) And it's not guaranteed that they'll get it or refund the $? Why is this company allowed to do business in the US or UK? I am and I would suggest everyone call the fraud department at your CC company.
