Disgusting customer service - no returns
This company will not let me return a dress, exchanged many emails like the one below - disgusting service -

Thank you very much for supporting us and purchasing dress from our site. We usually collect a part of shipping fee when the customer ordering. That's say, the actual shipping fee is higher than the fee you paid. What's more, we also enjoy the discounted price of cooperating with express companies. If you returned, the shipping fee is higher, about £30 I guess. If any problems on the way, you will lose the cost of the dress. One of our customer indeed encountered this, so we can't suggest you to take the risk. Still hope you can consider our direct refund and we try to solve this standing your view.
So how about this, we refund you £ 25 directly and you can keep the dress for resale. This way can let you recover the cost and also needn't take extra risk and time. Could you accept?
