Ordered a dark navy dress, a bright red arrived. After numerous attempts of contacting the shop they eventually replies saying it’s a colour deviation and advise I order samples. Red from navy ?
They offered to make another dress for a few and strongly advised I gift the dress to someone as I won’t get my money back and if I did send it back the dress would be lost losing all money
