AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Unfortunately it seems that I am the latest victim to fall foul of their returns policy. No contact despite repeated e mails, damaged dress with pulls allover it and will not honour their return promise.
Completely let down by this company and will now have to pay money to get my daughter's prom dress rectified so she can actually wear it. How a company is allowed to still operate under these conditions is baffling
