If I could give it zero stars, I would absolutely according to their return policy you’re able to submit a return within 14 days original tag still on I created a ticket. I followed all of the directions they tried to haggle with me at first offering me $30 credit $40 credit 50 up through $60 Instead of taking the dress back I sent photos of the original dress with the original tags never been worn and it’s probably been 35 emails later and they continue to avoid giving the address to return it. Do not ever order from them do not give them your business. They do not say what they mean they do not follow the policy that they have posted. I would advise even though the price might seem enticing. It’s not worth the hassle of dealing with a company that doesn’t stand for integrity and honesty, avoid avoid avoid and I will continue to to ensure that people understand that they are not going to get a refund so do not spend your money on this company !!!!!
