If there was an option to give less than a 1 star review then I would have chosen this option. Stacees sent my daughter a dress with a faulty zip which meant she couldn't even try it on! I contacted them and they offered me £10 and recommended I get a local tailor to replace the zip. After many emails I have escalated the issue to PayPal who I used for payment and am awaiting their response. I will NEVER buy from this company again and I would recommend that no-one else does, as if you buy an item unseen online they do not care if the item is fit for purpose, they don't honour consumer rights and they are horrible to try to deal with. The issue with the item will be twisted to bei nh your fault and while they have your money they couldn't care less if the product they sent was faulty or not. Please do not buy from this company as I would hate anyone to experience what I have and loose over £120 which I can't afford to simply write off. An absolutely awful customer experience and shameful level of service and product
